Using the service

You may use One Jainism for personal, non-commercial purposes and for the legitimate administration of a Jain organization you belong to. You must be able to form a binding agreement, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Your account

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, or disrespectful to any tradition or community.
• Misrepresent a temple, sangh or organization you are not authorised to represent.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute directory data.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Accuracy of information

Temple timings, Panchang calculations and festival dates are provided in good faith and verified where we can, but traditions and local practice vary. Please confirm with your temple or sangh before relying on any detail for an important observance.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting content you grant us a licence to host and display it within the service. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

Donations

Donations made through the platform are made to the receiving organization, not to One Jainism. Refunds and receipts are handled by that organization in line with applicable law.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it reliable but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may change or discontinue features.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
