• Account details such as your name, email address and phone number.
• Profile information you choose to add, including your sangh membership.
• Location, only when you grant permission, to show nearby temples and calculate your Panchang.
• Basic device and usage data used to diagnose faults and improve performance.

How we use your information

• To provide the core features: temple discovery, Panchang, music and sangh membership.
• To send notifications you have asked for, such as festival and pachakkhan reminders.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To respond when you contact us.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
• We do not share member directories publicly or with other organizations.
• We do not use your data to build advertising profiles.

Sangh and organization data

When you join a sangh on the platform, the administrators of that organization can see the profile information relevant to your membership. Each organization controls its own access permissions, and you can leave an organization at any time.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data, other than records we are legally required to keep, such as donation receipts.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is inaccurate.
• Delete your account and associated personal data.
• Withdraw permissions such as location or notifications at any time.

Children

The service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and notify you in the app before the change takes effect.
